📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (unless mentioned otherwise during drops or pre-bookings).

  • During high-demand launches or limited drops, processing may take a little longer — but we always keep you updated.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, remote locations, or courier delays.


✅ Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/ID via SMS/Email (if provided) or through updates.
You can use this to track your shipment anytime.


📍 Delivery Address

Please make sure your address, pincode, and contact number are correct at checkout.
HEAVE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address details.


❌ Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unreachable phone number

  • repeated failed delivery attempts

then re-shipping charges may apply.


💥 Damaged Package / Missing Items

If your package looks tampered or damaged, please record an unboxing video while opening it.
This is mandatory for any damage-related claim and helps us resolve it faster.
