Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, remote locations, or courier delays.
✅ Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/ID via SMS/Email (if provided) or through updates.
You can use this to track your shipment anytime.
📍 Delivery Address
Please make sure your address, pincode, and contact number are correct at checkout.
HEAVE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address details.
❌ Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to:

then re-shipping charges may apply.
💥 Damaged Package / Missing Items
If your package looks tampered or damaged, please record an unboxing video while opening it.
This is mandatory for any damage-related claim and helps us resolve it faster.
