Refund policy

At HEAVE, we take quality seriously and every order is packed after proper checks. Since we work on limited drops, we follow a strict and fair return policy.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only within 6 days of delivery and only for damaged / defective products.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Size issues / fitting preference

  • Color preference or design liking

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor color difference due to screen/lighting

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required)

To raise a return request, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please record a clear, continuous video from start to end showing:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • Shipping label & packaging

  • Product clearly + the damage/issue

⚠️ No unboxing video = No return / refund will be approved.

📦 Product Condition for Return

The item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With tags, packaging, and invoice intact

🚚 Hassle-Free Return Pickup

If your return request is approved & eligible, we’ll arrange a hassle-free doorstep pickup from your address (no need to visit anywhere).

💸 Refund / Replacement

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A replacement will be issued (if available), or

  • A refund / store credit will be processed (case-to-case)

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
